    Nashville Tele Wiring Harness ~ 7 Way Switch

    For your Three Pickup Telecaster®. The Obsidian® Custom Nashville 7-Way for Tele® adds a neck pickup 'ON' switch so you can lay your neck and bridge pickups together, or all three at once. We also build in some Obsidian® mods for crystal clear tone at all volumes, and smoother tone and volume controls.

    7-WAY SWITCH // GILMOUR MOD

    The sweetest bell like Strat® tone. The Obsidian® 7-Way Switch allows you to play your neck and bridge pickups together for the sweetest bell like tones, or even all three pickups together. The switch is built into your tone control by use of a push/pull pot, so no extra mods are required to your guitar.

    CRYSTAL CLEAR TONE (Treble Bleed)

    Retain clarity at lower volumes. To make your tone crystal clear at lower volumes we include an Obsidian® Custom spec treble bleed mod. This prevents tone 'muddiness' at low volumes by allowing high frequencies to pass along a separate path to your amp, rather than being stopped short by the increasing resistance at the volume control.

    SMOOTH CONTROL

    Even tone and volume control all the way from zero to ten. Obsidian® tone and volume controls incorporate carefully selected and custom-built components, as well as our own clever mods to smooth out the taper of your tone and volume controls, so you get a more even roll off all the way from zero to 10.

    Easy upgrade. Worth the money

    I know how to solder but since I’m mostly a bass player I didn’t want to stick myself into something that I’m not an expert on, hence why I chose you guys. I was blown away with the product. Never expected to like a telecaster, but wow. Paired with Seymour Duncan middle pickup it works like a charm. The one thing I would say is that the plate didn’t fit my current pick guard but there’s nothing that can’t be easily modified. So I got that done asap. Thanks

    Everything I wanted and more..

    I rarely write reviews because I'm super picky and hate to dunking on a decent product. That is not the case here - I am beyond SUPER SATISFIED!

    Price - very reasonable

    Delivery - Quick very without a huge up-charge.

    Quality - brand name components you can identify. Protective shrink tubes around static solder connections. These little things add up.

    Installation - super easy. (using vintage wiring was my choice, and the cloth made it harder than it needed ro be, but that's on me).

    Tone - Awesome Sound

    Switching.scheme - Nashville scheme plus more.

    Tech Support - OMG - a real person - and the company owner! Rapid response and real world answers.

    I now have a Fender nashvile tele with great tone and oprions. I did not want to buy a stock Nashville because the noiseless pickups would be immediately tossed.

    My Nashville Tele is loaded with Duncans and is precisely what I wanted

    I'd buy again from OW in a heartbeat.

    Excellent Upgrade for my Nashville

    My stock Mexico Nashville Telecaster only had a 5 way switch, so wanted to mod it; this kit made it very easy. My stock pots were also spotty and had weird dead zones. The new pots have excellent control and roll off. The 7 way selector and the new pots were a welcome upgrade. Super easy install.

    I upgrade my Nashville tele with T7 custom to have bridge and neck position. It has a push pull that adds another range of tones. This unit makes the pick ups sound with more detail and cleaner. Quick install!

    Nashville Tele on fire!

    I don’t write reviews, but for this product I felt should…My telecaster already had a quality harness and standard Fender 64’s (alnicoV) set. But upon playing a friends Nashville tele set up, I decided to make the change. I had to route out the body to receive the Strat middle pickup…and expand the cavity to fit Obsidianwires 7 way Nashville harness… no big deal. I replaced the pickups with the ToneRider Nashville 50’s 3pickup tele configuration which are Alnico III’s. The combination is truly amazing. Warm and beautiful. My playing style is Outlaw Country with a strong blues influence, these Tone Riders combined with Obsidianwire 7way Nashville harness gave me all the versatility I was after. Great tone very well made. No Regrets

    My Tele Nashville has been upgraded! The Obsidian wire harness was easy to install and made a massive difference to my guitar. These units are high quality and absolutely precise in the fit for the install.

    Makes me Tele sound like a million bucks!

    I started my first Telecaster build with an Obsidian Wire 4 way switch, and it sounded beefy and mean. Perfect for alternative rock or "surf rock" songs like Six-Wave-Hold-Down, but I wanted even more tonal capabilities, so I popped a middle pickup in, and switched to a 7 way Obsidian Wire switch. Now, it sounds phenomenal. Cleans are beautiful, dirty sounds incredible and articulate. It makes my squier affinity Tele sound absolutely incredible. I've got Fender Ultra Noiseless Vintage Tele pickups, and an Ultra Noiseless Hot middle strat pickup, and it gives me the incredible quacky, clean, smooth, and gritty tones I strive for. I'll use Obsidian Wire switches for any guitar I build in the future. Build quality is immaculate and the simplicity for install is beyond measure.

    Well worth it.

    As they say 'easy not instant' instalation on my early 2000s Mex Nashville Tele. Clarity has improved enormously with sweet singing tone even when volume rolled down. Really appreciate the the neck and bridge position which I missed previously. Communication and delivery excellent. Well worth it.
